General Policies

Registrations are required before the start of Camp and programs and are processed as received. Sorry but no spaces can be reserved without payment.

Emergency Closing Information: All dates are subject to change based on cancellation related to inclement weather or other emergencies. In the event of inclement weather, please call The Youth Center for a recorded message.

For Sports Programs our commitment is to make up any classes cancelled by The Youth Center.

Missed classes are at the members expense. NO MAKE-UP CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.

The Youth Center reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment or other reasons, and refund any payments already received. If a program has to be cancelled, all participants will be called.

The Youth Center reserves the right to make changes or alterations as deemed necessary.

Campers Note: Please read through our comprehensive Camp Packet to learn more about dress requirement, discipline, observation days, holidays, etc. Please also note that: The emergency information forms in the packet must be completed and returned to the office at least two weeks prior to the first day of camp. The packet is availble from our office or can be downloaded from the camp page on this website.
