Youth Center Registration

REGISTRATION FORM

Registrations are required before the start of class and are processed as received. Sorry but no spaces can be reserved without payment.

At The Youth Center we run our own programs as well as hosting a variety of programs within our facilicty. The Following programs require a Youth Center registration form be completed and sent in with payment: All Day camp programs, all LittleTykes programs, and Tae Kwon Do Karate.

Teen night does not require a membership or registration, but the teen must be signed in and out by a parent and is required to pay a $2 entrance fee each night that they attend.
